The Asset Management Department provides assistance to property owners and agents regarding the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) physical inspections, their Contract Renewals, Rent Increases, and Utility Allowances. The department also provides assistance to the tenants regarding any health & safety issue reported to Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC).
