KHC now offers the option to pay your bill over the phone with the new Automated Check-By-Phone service! Call KHC, toll-free at (800) 341-5622, press option "1," then "2" for Loan Servicing, then "1" again to enter the automated system and wait for the voice prompts.
No operators. No busy signals. A $5 processing fee does apply. Average call, only 2 minutes!
You will need your loan number, last four digits of your Social Security number, and your checking account information.

In order to provide an easier and faster online payment process, Kentucky Housing has implemented a new system for managing your single family mortgage online!
This button will take you to the online payment system. First time users must register by entering your loan information and setting up a login and password. You will be able to check your payment due dates, loan balances, payment history, and even make your payments online.
Multi-Family loans are still accessed through the old system available here.
KHC also offers Speedpay, a quick and inexpensive way to make your mortgage payments from the convenience of your home. To learn more about the service, please call one of our loan servicing representatives at (800) 341-5622, extensions 217 or 311.
