&lt;p&gt;On Thursday, February 9, 2012, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a settlement with the five largest mortgage servicers, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, and Ally/GMAC, resulting in a $25 billion settlement.  Of that, 49 states will receive part of the settlement with Kentucky receiving $58.5 million.&lt;/p&gt;

The intent is to train KHC staff to have the ability to deliver a one day asbestos awareness and safe practice training.&lt;/p&gt;
